Hi there, I own the Queen’s Keep cage by MatureMetal and I’m quite fond of it. I’ve been using this device intermittently for about three years now, but a few issues are really bugging me, so I’m thinking about trying something different.

1. As an uncircumcised guy, my foreskin tends to get caught behind the front bars, causing pinching when it rubs against my clothing.
2. The cage is slightly heavy and sometimes feels like it’s sagging too low.
3. Overnight erections can be really painful; once I get hard, the penis pushes out of my body with a pulling sensation, even though it only seems to be halfway through the cage opening. I’m wondering if it’s worth searching for another device or if there are any workarounds? I had this idea that special very tight underwear worn over the cage might hold it firmly in place. That would feel much more secure, I think. Does anyone know of such products? Also, I considered getting a new cage with a urethral plug, but I’m concerned about pain during urination and other issues. Some models have a front shield which protects my skin from pinching and rubbing, but what about hygiene? Is it still easy to keep clean? I’d value your opinions on this. I’m feeling frustrated because I don’t want to keep purchasing new devices only to find out they don’t solve the problems. Thanks, Yoshio
