I'm not certain which toys you mean, but there are two approaches: 1. Sometimes the lock is too large to pass through the tube, so simply keeping it inside while wearing the cage works well enough. 2. Wear a piece of jewelry that cannot be taken off without special pliers and thread the lock through that jewelry at one end.
