Avoid. Reviews online tell of internal tears, bleeding and trips to the emergency room. The device is not well designed or manufactured.

It seems a pity that they have not finished off the end of the plug well. It seems to me that, for the security fanatics this pattern of device is the answer. With the two rings to prevent you pulling your balls out of the ring and the plug preventing you pulling your penis back I don't see any escape. The Steelworxx Looker seems extremely secure with the plug extending well behind the rings. If you wanted the minimal cage appearance perhaps getting a Looker made with only 2 bars of the cage would be the answer.

Lol - thanks TCFun, I just tracked it down via Google through a thread on our very own site! the referenced community page I like MEO, never had any problems with their products, but can't see me going down the sounds/catheter/penis plug route in the near future!

YW MW - I've always had good service from Meo and very fast shipping even to the USA, but I agree,.not sure if I want to go down the penis plug route either.
