Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

I’ve been working on a chastity contract with a friend and here is our progress so far. I’m aiming for gender-neutral language that anyone can easily adapt. Any feedback on any section would be greatly appreciated.

Chastity Contract: Minimum term duration: August 21, 2017 to the posting of final grades* Maximum term: 1 year, ending August 21, 2018 Exceptions during lock time: air travel, medical emergencies, high risk of parents finding out. Conditions for final unlock: All fall 2017 semester grades must be As and any extra time served.* Reasons to extend the lockup: disobedience, poor performance on assignments/tests/quizzes, Rights of the Keyholder: The Keyholder can know about all school assignments, view all work and grades. The Keyholder may punish the Chaste or unsatisfactory work. The Keyholder may disclose the Chaste’s locked status to anyone who is not family nor underage. The Keyholder may require the Chaste to complete tasks. The Keyholder may unlock the Chaste for any reason.** The Keyholder must avoid assignments or punishments that fall under the hard limits section. The Keyholder must avoid assignments or punishments requiring car travel by the Chaste. The Keyholder must avoid assignments or punishments costing the Chaste its own money. The Keyholder cannot order the Chaste to stimulate its penis. Responsibilities of the Keyholder: The Keyholder must respect all safe words and signals. The Keyholder must not allow nor force the Chaste to orgasm before the contract ends.*** The Keyholder must monitor grades. The Keyholder must punish any failure to complete assignments satisfactorily. If the Keyholder chooses to unlock for any reason, they must restrain the arms. Rights of the Chaste: The Chaste has a safe word to end sex or CBT etc… The Chaste has a safe word to have its cage removed.**** The Chaste has a safe signal when unable to speak. The Chaste decides who it sleeps with, including the Keyholder. The Chaste may not try using a vibrator on its cage. The Chaste may not have nor attempt an orgasm via penis. The Chaste gives up clothing rights while on property (house, room, etc). Responsibilities of the Chaste: The Chaste must report any penis stimulation attempts to the Keyholder. The Chaste must keep the cage clean as possible without unlocking. The Chaste must keep body hair within limits set by the Keyholder. The Chaste must report safety issues arising from the cage. Procedure for transfer of power: The Keyholder may transfer rights/responsibilities to a third party only if agreed upon by both. The Keyholder may resume full role anytime. If giving up duties, the Keyholder must surrender keys. Keys are transferred in person and witnessed by the Chaste. The Keyholder cannot give keys to anyone without a signed contract with the Chaste. No transfer of keys requires retrieval/delivery by the Chaste. Acceptable tasks: cleaning, taking pictures, massages, silence, wearing butt plug, ball weights, Acceptable punishments: CBT, humiliation (public/private), confiscating toys, keeping foreskin retracted, writing on body Hard limits: piss, scat, blood, vomit, permanent, family, illegal, shaving head/eyebrows/eyelashes, *If conditions are not met, the contract renews for the next semester. The Chaste may not cum between semesters. If missed a second time, remains locked until 1 year. **Keyholder may add up to 1 month total past final grades posting. ***Keyholder must be present while unlocked. ****Anal play or prostate massage orgasms do not count. *****This does not mean the Chaste may orgasm freely.
