I can't offer much help on that front. However, I placed my order yesterday myself. Even though I have considerable experience ordering custom Chastity devices, I still took careful measurements according to Evotion's website guidelines. It remains to be seen if they were accurate? My suggestion is to take your measurements over several days or more. I used digital calipers, which might be excessive but it works. Also, consider using a short metric ruler that ranges from 100mm to at least 150mm. Personally, I prefer taking multiple measurements while sitting down because that seems to capture my shortest dimensions.

I'm in the same boat and plan to do over-the-top measurement with a digital caliper; it's better to be safe! Their website is currently updating with some options I really want, so I'll hold off until next week. Just to answer what you're likely asking: the primary option is a metal pa pin. He sent photos of my setup and they look spot on.
