Alright, I’m uncertain, but I don’t believe I am alone in this. I usually sit most of the time to pee,,,but I have learned how to stand up when i go out shopping and need to pee i start standing. if no one is around you have to open your pants completely and remove the whole cb, but i tend not to do it when someone is there,,,,sometimes i even end up peeing on my pants because someone walks in. but sitting down to pee feels more sissy-like, and since im a sissy i prefer that way tom

I believe it might simply be a pressure issue. Because little willy is almost bent in half, and the ring puts pressure on the urethra. When you release there is significantly more pressure which forces little willy to try straightening out and getting bigger. Now that may cause some people to feel erotic sensations as willy tries to straighten out and fill up the small cb or whatever. As for me, I find that the increased pressure of pee trying to navigate a u-turn is somewhat painful.
