Alright.. I apologize for holding off on posting this until now because my plate has been full. Some of you might know that I was fortunate to acquire a Lori recently. Thanks partly to my poor judgment, and unfortunately the absence of excellent guidance, my device is definitely too large.. so without further delay; Tips for Others Wanting a #12. Background: The unit consists of 2 rings. The first encircles your cock and balls, sitting behind them. The second goes around just the cock, positioned right behind the glans. The issue I encountered upon arrival is that the initial ring (similar to the A ring on the CB-XXXX) is too wide because it permits my testes to slide back through when relaxed. This causes the device to hang from my glans.. which isn’t comfortable, and even worse, the missing angle means the penis can be pulled out with very little effort.:sad: Supposed Reasons: I took measurements using a tailor’s tape measure, as recommended by Lori. I aimed for a fit that was snug yet comfortable. That was my key mistake.. I should have measured aiming for a fit that was snug but firm/slightly tight. What I mean is that the careful measurements I took prioritized comfort, which resulted in a ring size that ended up too big. I am having it resized and have been experimenting with rings from the CB2K series to find the tightest one I can wear without issues. I would strongly advise you to do this if you are considering a #12.. I’m sure many of you have CB2K rings:P. I think it needs to be tight enough that you actually HAVE TO TAKE IT OFF (meaning: if you are fully relaxed and flaccid, you can’t simply grab the ring and pull it off; you still need to push everything back through carefully). I measured the ring for my penis behind the glans keeping it just snug, which seems to have produced a good fit. Thoughts: I like the appearance of the #12B. My Wife/KH agrees too. Once we get it resized I can see it getting plenty

It’s a really solid tool to use.

Looking ahead, I can (hopefully) picture myself switching over to one that has a piercing. As long as there’s still a chance of getting out, I won’t be totally free yet;-)

Hi Richard, Unfortunately, the 12B let us down a bit. It was a setback because of its high price and how rarely it got used. Mine is an earlier version of the 12B that lacks a front shield; I believe adding one would likely improve wearability. The main issue for me was the device's shape combined with how the two rings sit relative to each other. It became extremely uncomfortable when trying to get erect and felt quite insecure while soft. When soft, I could just pull back out of it easily. This probably happens regardless of ring size, or at least with any size that still allows urination. When hard, there was nothing holding my cock in place, so it ended up bending sharply at a right angle. Not enjoyable. I noticed on a few other threads that you are considering a Lori device. I’d actually advise against it. While I haven’t had the same service issues as others here (luckily), I just can't recommend products from a manufacturer with such heavy, pricey devices or those selling what seems like an under-tested model like the 12B. I’ve decided to go for the PA-5000 and get pierced. The piercing wasn’t too painful compared to nipples which hurt terribly:). I’m currently stretching the hole, so I haven’t worn the PA-5000 fully yet, but sizing it up seemed good. It’s lightweight too, and I’m fairly confident I can cycle in it, which would be great!
