Site announcements and information discussion

I accidentally uploaded a photo I didn’t intend to share (it’s the third one of the batch). It shows as pending moderation. Is there a method to remove a picture before it gets approved? If not, how can someone ask for an unwanted upload to be deleted while still waiting?
