This steel piece, along with another one I have for sale, was always kept new because I didn’t end up using an insert after all. It’s a really solid cage. Once we located a well-made Chinese option with the correct dimensions, we were happy. If you can find something that fits properly from China, custom “high-end” (often overpriced) steel units are just not worth it. The heavy weight of devices like JailBird makes them less suitable compared to this one (provided it fits right), especially considering their high price tags.
