I picked up my new ghost cage roughly two weeks ago. I’ve been wearing it intermittently, but after about three to five hours of use, a pain develops on the underside. While I keep the base ring on throughout the day without issue, that discomfort kicks in within a few hours of locking the cage into place. I’m curious what others think might be causing this—is it an issue with the gap size or perhaps the length of the cage? There is just a tiny amount of clearance at the end; maybe around 2mm across the diameter. Thanks ahead for any insights. I hope I posted this in the correct section.

The discomfort is located behind my scrotum. As for the nature of the pain, it starts as a dull ache and eventually turns into a burning sensation. I’ve already smoothed out the eggshell texture that came with the device. Usually, when I take off the ring, there’s just a red mark where it sits. One detail I missed earlier is that I usually wear my setup high and tight. My testicles are positioned almost exactly at the gap or very close to it. Additionally, they’re quite substantial in size; if I tried hard enough, I don’t think either one would fit through a 1/2-inch opening.
