Hello everyone. I’ve been thinking about the break-in phase of using a cb (specifically a CB6K here). The device is quite comfortable, with no apparent issues causing skin damage. Initially, aside from some mild burning under my scrotum behind my testicles, my main challenge was keeping my completely flaccid penis secured inside the cage. After spotting similar setups in photos elsewhere, I tied a string around my waist and threaded it through the padlock to pull the device upward toward my body. This proved very effective and relieved most of the discomfort. Just for context, the ring isn’t too tight, nor is the spacer. I believe you need some time to experiment with different ring and spacer combinations until finding your optimal fit. Ensure everything is well-lubricated with a suitable oil so components can move slightly without excessive friction against the body. It took me several weeks to discover what worked best. Also, I developed a small wound on the underside of the cage near where it was welded. I had to apply glue and then use a file to create a more comfortable curve at the bottom end. The rings themselves have been fine for me. (With the exception of the one currently in use. I accidentally grabbed a smaller size yesterday evening and must wait for my wife.)

As Sophia mentioned, the rings are molded parts with an internal seam line on each ring that causes chafing. I used a Dremel tool to polish out the seam, which resolved the issue. Regardless of your method, once the seam is smoothed, you need to polish the surface until it shines again to prevent dirt buildup and further chafing.

Thank you both greatly for the information. It was peculiar though. The chafing I experienced occurred on the top-side of the ring—where the three-pronged structure meets my CB6K. Regarding spacers, I believe mine are fine; I stay..."in." I inspected everything again to identify the cause and concluded it was likely the plastic piece sitting atop the base of the penis. So, I wrapped that upper 3-pronged section with a strip of panty hose. And now... well, I'm locked up again after just one hour without my chastity device. To add to this evening's events, I prepared a lovely bubble bath for my wife—complete with candles, incense, and her current book. The abrasions you described sound like the result of the string pulling the device back against your abdomen; if you threaded it through the lock, that would lift the end slightly. I used to have a leather belt strap with holes on both ends that went around my waist. Then, I would slip each hole over one of the pegs on the ring near the spacer before fitting the tube and locking the padlock. This meant I couldn't remove the belt without unlocking the device first. Since I could adjust the belt length for comfort while securing the device, it hung naturally pointing slightly downward. Hey! You might be correct. Hmm. Well, I had the "string" (more like thin rope, perhaps) looped through the lock, pulling it upward toward my stomach in turn. That led to pinching and occasional hair pulling. Whee. So yesterday, I moved the loop underneath the clear spacer ring instead. That seemed to resolve the issue, especially since I had wrapped that piece in panty hose. You're likely right about the wound originating from the cb being pulled upward at an odd angle. I've been considering designing a belt or harness similar to what you mentioned. I'd prefer it raised slightly higher. My idea is something like a belt or smooth chain joining together about 2-3 inches above the cb, with a leather flap—perhaps an inch wide—going straight down and threading around the spacer. This way, it locks onto the cage, and I could install a lock at the upper end so the belt itself remains secured. Perhaps they should be made from some synthetic material? Andy

Hi Andy, I was thinking along those lines before getting my Tollyboy steel belt, but I did research various methods and think this might suit your description. Look up WyredSlave online to see they offer a locking cable waistband with mounting points for cuffs etc., made of stainless steel that is very secure yet discreet; you could likely create a connector piece from there to the cb you have. I sent them a template to see if they could develop a complete package, and the guy named Jason was going to check what he could produce, though I never followed up as I ordered the Tollyboy directly. Thanks a million for the tip. I'll check it out. Actually, I had considered finding a thin cable with loops at both ends that I could easily lock above the belt... As for your Tollyboy, is it comfortable? Can you wear it for long periods without removal? How much time did it take to get used to it?

Hi Andy, the Tollyboy will be comfortable once I have the right cable length fitted and break it in a bit more. According to Richard from Tollyboys, some customers wear their belts continuously for six months or longer.... Glad my wife hasn't read that part on their website yet! :character0028:
