I’d really like to keep a chastity belt on for extended stretches, but the CB6000 is far too uncomfortable, so I can’t actually wear it. I have an appointment with Neosteel in the next few weeks to order my Neosteel arch:). I’m 25 and not really a girly, sissy, maid… type of guy. So, are there any young guys out there wearing steel chastity belts as well? I’d love to hear about your experiences… (or maybe I’ve just ended up on the wrong site:anim_39:)

Hi, welcome to the site. My Master and I are both 25 years old. I am not locked in steel myself, but I have been practicing chastity off and on for a while, so I may not be much help after all. There is quite a variety of people here regarding age and experience levels, so I am sure you will find the assistance and advice you need.

Welcome Bryan. Unfortunately, the only steel device I have worn is a Lori model, but it wasn't belt-style. Mike and slave Kris summed it up already: there are indeed many real people here. You might be surprised to learn that not all of us go "locked for two years with zero release." Thank goodness for that—for me anyway, LOL! I think I would go crazy otherwise! Hi Choc and everyone else, Have you had your arch for a long time already? Is it the one with the steel wire? Because that is the model I want to buy too (I think), as it seems like the best option for me. My only concern is whether someone might bump into me and feel the belt, since I have a slim build and am an active young guy. I reckon older people can hide theirs better because they tend to keep a bit more distance when socializing. I also have this strange feeling about wearing a belt like that; it doesn't quite seem to match the image of a young guy in my head. What if other people who aren't interested in chastity or kink find out? You (as an apparently normal-looking young man) would be wearing something like that. Is it really possible for a young guy to wear this kind of belt with enough comfort? Is it really manageable for someone your age if you don't want it interfering too much with daily activities? It seems to me that wearing this type of belt is already somewhat extreme, certainly for younger guys. That's why I want to know: are there (many) other young men who wear this kind of belt, and what do they experience while doing so?

I have quite a social life too. Every week I participate in drama performances. This is also an activity where people might feel the belt, so on those days, I don't wear my chastity belt. That is partly because I am not yet used to wearing it all day long. My belt isn't worn constantly for very long periods yet. But I want to try more places where I can wear it under clothes as well. There is no problem if you can see the belt with mine, but that's also because my contact with friends can sometimes be quite close:-)

Also, remember that a chastity belt, by its very nature, does not fit neatly into the "average picture" of any guy—regardless of age. :P I would say the main limiting factors for those who might otherwise be interested are cost and obscurity. The term "chastity belt" mostly conjures up images from the Middle Ages: big, uncomfortable, impractical iron belts worn by maidens in castles. I didn't even know that practical, comfortable modern versions existed until I stumbled upon one of these sites a few years back. Then there is the price tag. For college students and younger folks, spending around $1000 on a good, secure belt simply isn’t always practical. Many people right after college are dealing with debt and uncertainty about their financial future. Realistically, I have found that most of those in the chastity community are over 30, more frequently over 40. As a general rule, people care more about what *you* think of them than what *they* think of you. :P B. (Regarding the remote chance they do find out) Shrug it off. They have no idea what your backstory is—again, they are mainly thinking about what you think of them. The most convincing explanation I’ve come up with is: "My girlfriend/boyfriend goes through kinky phases." Then turn it into a joke: "Yeah, I’m dick/pussy whipped. I didn't order the Arch myself, but I likely will eventually. Actually, I started with the Total model, which should be arriving within the next couple of weeks or so. Based on most reports I've seen about it, if you measure repeatedly and carefully, and are patient when bending the waistband to suit your anatomy, you can basically do anything without even realizing it's there. Your results may vary, but I would say that if you have an active lifestyle and don't want to worry about people finding out, go with the Arch. Even if someone felt you up, they’d assume the penis tube was just your actual anatomy. If they happened upon the cable (which sits snugly against you), they might think it is either part of your spine, a seam in your jeans, or perhaps a thong strap. Then again, if they are sliding their fingers down your butt crack and/or grabbing your crotch directly, then you have moved beyond hiding.:P Always remember: the very last thing people will assume you are wearing is a chastity belt.

Bryan, One of the major thrills of wearing a chastity device is that anxious feeling that *everyone* must know. Every time someone looks at you, you think, "They can tell!" In reality, they usually don't, but the anxiety itself can be thrilling. People just don’t walk around staring directly at each other’s crotches. When I wear my CB3k for a long stretch, it gets to the point where I have to be careful not to be *too* obvious—like always sitting in the men's room at work rather than elsewhere. It’s not steel, and I’m not locked in 24/7 (I just bought a 6k short model, so maybe that will help with wearability), but I am going to be 28 this November. I have been wearing on and off for about three years now. As pointed out above, finances keep me from getting a full steel belt, and my wife prefers the look of a cage over a belt.

Well, I guess I fit the bill here. I am a young guy in a steel belt; I am actually 26. A bit of my backstory: I have been interested in chastity since I was a teenager when I found altairboy's site, and I knew right then that I wanted one myself. I got my first two devices while in college—a CB-2000 and a CB-3000—since those were all I could afford at the time. Now that I am out of school, working, and have some extra cash, I finally took the plunge and ordered a full steel belt. I got a My-Steel total belt, measured it myself, and it is everything I hoped for. Currently, I do not have a keyholder, so I am self-locked. However, I am pretty good about staying locked. So far, nobody has found out; it really isn't noticeable under clothes.

I love the look and feel of steel, but I find it too impractical to wear for long periods.

I have had my Arch for a few months now. Yes, it is the one with the rear wire. I struggled quite a bit at first trying to get the fit right, but I am managing much better with it now. I can wear it wherever I want without major worries about anyone seeing it. The biggest concern is actually feeling the belt itself—the arch module is so slimline that it would take a "direct hit" for someone to notice it. (It actually holds in so tightly there is something missing under most normal clothes!) The rear part of the belt is the most likely bit to be seen when bending over, or it could be felt if anyone were to hold your hips. However, I don't think anyone has noticed at all; you just learn how to avoid those situations. Hope this helps! Choc

Hi Choc, since we have the same belt that I want... is it easy to use the toilet? Isn't it messy with the wire on the back??? That’s my only practical concern regarding this specific belt.
