Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

I’m looking to reduce the size of my CB3000. My plan is either to take out all three plastic rods entirely so it connects directly to the ring, or perhaps start with a shorter version since I still need something for attaching the lock. Has anyone else tried this? It seems surprising that no one has thought of it yet. This approach will make the cage much more compact and discreet. What are your thoughts?
