Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

Greetings everyone… I’m curious about my foreskin situation while wearing a small metal cage. What’s the best way to position it? My skin tends to slip through the metal openings and cause some discomfort. I’ve experimented with pulling the skin back as well as letting it rest forward, but I’d love to hear your suggestions.
