I own a PA 5000 and find it to be excellent. The locking mechanism is very secure, provided you don’t need the device destroyed for removal. Does anyone know of comparable models made from metal? With metal devices like this one, the main issue is weight. It isn't excessively heavy overall, but when supported by a single piercing, that weight can make it uncomfortable.
