I had to adjust the ring so it ended just above the pins, allowing me to cup them around my testicles and lift up rather than feeding everything through. It didn’t work initially even after a hot shower left everything loose; however, clamping onto the front ring provided the necessary upper support. Picture nervously fumbling with things in my panties as I secure one side pin - suddenly, I feel something unexpected. Before I can clip the second side, I am cumming into both cage and panties! It was a total surprise and made quite a mess, but eventually secured the second pin and cleaned up.
