Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

I own a Chinese knockoff version of the Jailbird made from steel, measuring 45mm. It’s quite an improvement over my previous CB6000 which was 50mm.

Wearing it overnight has been mostly fine with just slight discomfort, but I find the 45mm size is perhaps too snug. During the night, when I get erections, the ring tightens up significantly enough to wake me. At those times, my testicles start looking a bit darker in color, which prompts me to remove it. This issue doesn’t really occur during the day because daytime erections aren’t as intense.
