Hi Everyone,

I recently bought a PA 5000 from Lovehoney. It came quickly, and I put it on shortly after receiving it. That night, I gave the key to my Lady (my Duchess). It looked like exactly what was needed. My earlier times in the CB 3000 didn’t work well because of its noticeable bulge and inability to stop orgasm, even with lots of tweaks.

I went to the gym the next day and did my normal routine. The PA 5000 is very discreet under clothes and light enough while still stopping a full erection. We were both pleased, and Duchess was delighted to have me back in chastity. Still, I had some minor discomfort that turned painful, so early the following morning I asked for release after just 24 hours (for £45).

I should mention I am uncircumcised, and the PA 5000 is clearly made for circumcised penises.

The tube didn’t fit tightly around my glans; it could slip over it, which put painful pressure on the locking lock bar. The bars are press-molded, and you can still see the seams, making the strain at the tip of my urethra worse. Also, the vents in the tube let the foreskin poke out, eventually swelling up with trapped fluids that take a while to go down.

So I tweaked the PA 5000:

I made a collar for a tighter fit around the glans ridge by gluing an O-ring piece of rubber just inside the tube’s end. I left a small gap for the piercing.

I sanded down the locking bar to smooth out the seams.

I took off all the ribs and sanded the remaining plastic (filling the vents is possible, as I did with my CB 3000, but it felt too tight here).

Result: a modified PA 5000 that does what it promises. It fits snugly so I’m always aware of it, gripping tighter when erect. The rubber collar stays firmly around the ridge/base of my glans to stop it sliding back into the tube. Removing the ribs created two big holes on either side. These larger openings do cause some fluid retention or pinching in the foreskin and look like a sexy black suspender belt. Plus, there’s more exposed cock surface for teasing!

I’ll share some photos if anyone wants.

PROS: Lightweight. Discreet. Lockable. Affordable. Great for teasing (so much teasing…).

CONS: Confusing measuring guide—it’s just a hint, not exact rules. Might not work well for uncircumcised men. Build quality is plastic-based.

CONCLUSION: So far we’re very happy with our modified PA 5000. For my uncircumcised cock, some major tweaks were needed.

I’ve been locked up for three days now. The modded device has mostly been comfortable and successfully prevented orgasm, but only time will tell fully. I had an intense weekend with a satisfied Duchess and endured lots of teasing, including careful yet risky penetration! It’s hardly noticeable under clothes, letting me go to the gym (which was impossible in the CB 3000). Just avoid cheap nylon lace panties; they feel like cheese graters. Otherwise, thumbs up!

You might have just convinced me to check out this device. My Pet isn't circumcised, and many of the other issues (besides splitting) stem from most devices not being designed for uncircumcised wearers. FYI, 6ga is approximately 4mm, so the PA-5000 would likely require a piercing sized up to about 4.5mm.

MistressJ, It’s quite possible that the weight of his current piercing has already stretched the hole enough to accommodate the locking bar. I hope so; I’ve only had one stretching experience before and it hurt like hell! valsboy

Pet went from the standard gauge you start with....up to 4 gauge lol. He's a peculiar one...he didn't seem very comfortable judging by the noises he was making in the bathroom hehe.

My PA got stuck at 3.7mm. It hurt too much to attempt any further stretching. As I'm uncircumcised I plan to take advantage of that and look into pricing an infibulation piercing. Master is going to get me pierced once again next month. I hope the PA5000 works out, because I really don't think it would suit me.

Gluing the o ring in to ensure the glans doesn't slide back is genius!! I'm also uncircumcised and like many other uncut guys the ridge on my glans isn't highly pronounced. I might need to make this modification down the road. I'd like to know what glue you used for bonding rubber to the acrylic device? Cheers

Hi Burger, Ok I used Everbuild Rapid2 Epoxy Adhesive - maybe it goes by a different name in Oz. It adheres well to acrylic as long as you key the surface slightly with fine-grade sandpaper, but perhaps its holding the rubber by setting around it - it's difficult to key rubber effectively. The collar is holding up well and doing exactly what it should! An initially disappointing device has turned into a little beaut. Your praise makes my head swell, regardless of glans size, thanks.

Mm... my piercing can take a 6mm snugly. But I think you're right; unless you're prepared to shrink down to the locking bar size, you are too big (and I don't say that lightly to all the boys!) However there is always a solution. It might be possible to increase the diameter of the locking bar, ask at the piercers. Or, and this is between you and me right? I am intending to try and tool a locking bar from a 6mm BCR at some point in the future; for your case it would obviously need to be 7mm. It doesn't have to be steel; a plastic piercing would be easier to work with. You only need to replicate the end that mates with the lock. Its not an overcomplex shape and if you didn't want to do it yourself maybe a friend could? I'm going with steel as I prefer the feel, and the more secure the better.

Yeah, nearly all the quality epoxy glues here fall under the name Araldite. I've used epoxy on the CB-2000 cage for a modification, and the glue worked well.. even if the mod was a failure:( Thanks for the tips though.

Well...not THAT much bigger than the PA's supplied one lol Sadly I don't think we have the ability to make a decent steel one as it stands....none of our friends are that talented...and my talents and pets talents lay elsewhere lol

Burger, Araldite is my preferred choice; this stuff smells like a dogfart. Araldite do make a rapid clear version. Check the picture of the mod tube. Cut out a section of the O ring for your frenum and the piercing, maybe chamfer the ends of the rubber too. The damn thing about mods is they never really end. Mistress J, Surely you must have a friend who might be able to help you?;-)

Hi All, Just a quick update. I wore the PA5000 24/7 for a full month before Xmas with no problems. Had one brief release about 20 days in. Now I'm locked in through the week. Got a little intoxicated last week and discovered it is possible to cum whilst locked into this device. Much the same as the CB3000; shaking quite a bit produces the goods! I'll have to think about further modifications...

**Another PA5000 splits** Alas, this morning the device split under pressure from morning glory. Along the seam mainly but also fracturing a little of the plastic. I am not a happy bunny, particularly as I am now back in my old CB3000! This fault seems to be reported too frequently. I do not believe the modifications contributed to the failure of this barely 3 month old device but will not be pushing for a replacement from the manufacturers. I believe I can repair and reinforce it myself, but this sort of common failure in any product is not acceptable, particularly when its profit margins are as high as I imagine them to be. I'm sure a better glue and some minor modifications to the product could easily prevent this occurring - simply gluing two bands around the outside of the tube, one near the lock and one at the base, would reinforce the tube. Also splitting is obviously an issue with the CB3000 and CB6000 tubes; Millers should spend a few more pennies on the adhesives throughout their range. :anim_04:

Hi JackStrap, Been meaning to post about this - the O-ring is not a perfect solution; I still slip back sometimes. I'm looking around for a suitable rubber profile to use instead, or I may make a horseshoe shaped collar from flat rubber to glue over the O-ring. Will post details when I sort it. I woke up last night around 4 and 6 with gorgeous erections. The glans had retreated and I hurted ... well. a lot. I managed to get the glans out and I think it did not hurt so much after that. Keeping the glans out of the cage would be a good idea, in my opinion. Too bad; the 40 years of keeping the glans shielded under foreskin means that it is really sensitive (which is a good thing, in principle), and the clothes do not feel very fun against sensitive skin. But you know this all already:)

Valsboy, Maybe the solution in this case is not to work on the cage, but the penis. Imagine a small spiked cockring.. I mean really small, because I know there isn't a lot of room to be had there with the piercing and all, but if you had a small ring on your cock with some protrusions poking out, the protrustions wouldn't slip back past the front of the cage (hopefully!). Plus things remain fairly easily cleanable. just some thoughts. I'm still waiting to get into mine.. damn piercing won't stretch faster though.:(

Hi Burger, I think its too congested down there for a full ring, but that may work depending on one's anatomy and the positioning of the piercing. About getting into your PA5000 - sending you a PM.

I just purchased a 40mm rubber ring. I plan to wear it around the glans, either as is or by cutting and gluing it to fit the frame. Here’s an idea: these rings might block off the ventilation holes, preventing skin from swelling through them. That's actually a significant issue for me. This morning was tough; I could barely remove my PA5K because my skin had swollen up so much. Your mileage may vary, but I'll keep you updated.

When you heat these grains above 60 C they become pliable and can be shaped into any form. So I filled up the vents (to stop my skin from poking through) and formed a collar inside the front opening of the tube. All good so far? Theoretically, yes. After spending a night in my custom PA5k, I realized it wasn't all smooth sailing. I took out the device (luckily I still had the spare key) to find that a spontaneous nighttime erection had slightly torn my piercing and left it quite tender. So I inserted a short 5mm steel barbell with 10 mm balls through my PA piercing and will keep it there for some time, until I feel brave enough to put the lock back on. Maybe just a couple of days. I'll also take off the collar so that situation doesn't repeat itself. These things split..a LOT. I've found to help reduce it, you grip tightly around the cage and push the key into the lock far as you turn it. This puts less stress on the cage. Midnight erection splits? Not much you can do about that. But the weakening from turning the key is reducible.

I mentioned having bought reshapeable plastic. By shaping a strengtening ring outside the cage, the load would not be just on the original frame. Will try that when healed.

Hi JackStrap, Will you share the name of this reshapeable plastic please. It sounds like a good thing and I'd like to get my hands on some to check it out. By the way - my earlier posts in this thread show how I removed the ribs from my PA5000 in order to accommodate the foreskin without problems.

It says "Mouldable thermoplastic" in the package. I bought mine from scandinavian general hardware store Clas Ohlson. In the instruction guide in mentions Topform Svenska AB as "Generalagent". The instrucion guide depicts plenty of possible uses for the stuff, but human genitals or chastity devices are not shown, so I assume the vendor does not endorse creating custom modifications to your ... well.
