Introductions discussion

Hi there. I’m a 26-year-old man from Norway, and relatively new to this game. Two days ago marked my first full day in chastity. During daylight hours, it felt surprisingly comfortable, though at night I found myself waking up after just a few hours of rest (I wonder if that’s typical for beginners?).

That said, the reason I’m giving this a go is to fight off porn addiction and be more productive with my time during the day. Wearing a device seems like it could really help me get there. Since I’ve only just started, I plan to use this forum to learn more and soak up others’ experiences. I don’t have a keyholder yet—I still feel like I’m at the very start of the learning curve—but I’d be open to someone holding my keys down the line.
