The primary problem is slippage during nighttime erections, which leads to a crushing feeling. I’m using a 45mm A-ring. Right now, anything smaller messes with circulation, and larger sizes (like 50mm) slide off too easily.

I’m currently running a Holytrainer v2 standard tube. Here are my measurements: Flaccid state: Base: 200mm circumference standing / 63mm diameter Length from the bottom tip to the base is 300mm; total length from pelvis to tip is 450mm. Shaft diameter is 31.8 mm. The full erection measures roughly 230mm from the top.

The issue hits hardest at night when the erection builds mostly behind the base ring, pushing the device forward and causing that crushing sensation in the testicles. If I switch to a larger ring, it eventually rides down and basically falls off.

I’m planning to order a Halfshell and need some advice so that after investing all this time and money, I don’t end up with the same problem. The PA means I can’t lengthen the tube. Changing ring sizes gives me issues either way. I could girth out the tube according to the manufacturer’s recommendations—will that fix it? Am I just stuck dealing with this because I’m a grower, or is there a workaround? Thanks everyone for your time.
