I’ve been curious about how our higher-status female members here manage their positions alongside men.

Many of you hold administrative posts during the day. So, do you find it jarring to switch from a workplace where you serve men, only to return home to males who are completely submissive? What is your perspective on this? rich.

Fascinating questions Richard. I hope you don’t mind me joining in. I am only sub to one of those 'superior ladies', specifically Duchess, who holds an Administrative post. She likely works in this sector because she possesses the necessary traits; organizational, communication and networking skills are among those required for her specific situation. Since our skill sets originate from our personality in various ways, I’d also guess that explains why she doesn’t view our relationship as bringing work home with her. Instead, it is a distinct facet of who she is. Her post is definitely not about working *for* males, and she’s certainly no bimbo! Also, I am not totally submissive (she would despise that, I suspect), because real life intervenes. Of course, the reverse side of your question is equally interesting, but that belongs to a different discussion entirely.

It can be tough for my Goddess - because I’m her boss. I entered the adult entertainment industry due to chastity, and produce material based on a real-life 24/7 couple, among other things - but when it became sustainable for both of us, she left her job to work with me full-time. I am an absolute submissive to her; I’ve worn **chastity** devices for years, experiencing one **release** once a month before being put back in. However, on the business side, I possess more knowledge - and consequently need to direct her actions, organize her schedule, and essentially act as the boss. This creates an odd dynamic between us: she holds total power over me, yet professionally I control her. This has caused some friction before (though thankfully not much) - but I realize that for both of us, swapping between these roles dozens of times a day can be quite challenging, particularly when deadlines approach. Updates to our site *must* go out every Friday, regardless of weather or circumstances - so stress levels can spike considerably. During such periods, I emerge from my sub-mode and become an alpha-male. This can be troublesome since we live in a 24/7 female-led relationship. Essentially, we’ve learned to read each other well...when I’m in "business mode," she knows not to try controlling me...because well, I am securing our livelihood, and running a business requires confidence and extroversion. Without the ability to kneel at her feet and ask "how may I please you Goddess" every single evening - I honestly don’t know how I’d handle the pressure...my **submissive** lifestyle feels like a mental holiday. When she orders me to perform even simple tasks, I feel liberated. When she sees other men, I experience pure freedom and joy - and truly believe that I am an inferior male, a cuck, a **slave**, with a worthless member - and those other men deserve her. Yet, when I’m in that alpha-male mode...man it can be difficult, though she has mentioned she actually enjoys seeing me slip into that role - watching me become the man, much like the men she visits outside our relationship for her pleasure. She wants to strip my clothes and **chastity** device away - and ravage me. Yet she holds back because she loves our dynamic immensely, along with my submissiveness. It’s a delicate balance we maintain daily - as most of us do. As life intrudes upon fantasy...I only hope more people are as fortunate as I am. I read often about wives being unsettled by **chastity**, or unwilling to be **dominant**, which is perfectly fine...it remains each individual's choice - but my heart does indeed ache for those men who wish to be submissive yet cannot, and must keep it only in fantasy!

Montreal: First off: Thank you for a solid post. I agree with many of your points but have one question: You mention that to succeed in business you need to be confident and outgoing, which I accept. Does this imply that you cannot be both while being a **submissive**? It might be a trick question, I know:-) This touches the core of the entire 24/7 debate: Is it possible.. I raise this because Richard asked how females manage their roles in everyday life. I suppose they do exactly what we -as **submissives**- do: Express who we are, and within the sexual context, the Ds aspect is amplified while all other facets of our personalities come through more clearly in other contexts. What hurts me sexually also often hurts me daily, even if my reaction differs. But I’ll be quiet for now and listen to what the stronger sex has to say about this matter..

RubberDuckDK: personally I cannot be outgoing and confident when I am a **submissive**. There are likely as many answers to that question as there are people on this forum. I must enter "business mode" when conducting business because I need to be commanding, capable of negotiating, closing deals, putting people in their place, not being taken for granted, protecting myself while remaining open to growth opportunities, and all the other fun day-to-day tasks associated with owning and operating a small business...especially within adult entertainment! When I am sub...I act like an idiot half the time. I lack confidence, possessing only subservience. I become something lesser than my true self, and all my thoughts and care are directed entirely toward my Goddess, with no awareness of my own needs or desires. Being in **chastity** 24/7/365 definitely helps with this...before **chastity**, when I had an **orgasm** - I was no longer submissive. Chastity fixed that, and thus I am a 24/7 **slave** unless we are working - but it is also hard to shed that submissiveness in order to be dominating and confident for business. But yes, I’ll be quiet now as well and let the stronger sex have their say:)

**Mistress** insists that people are opposite in bed compared to their daily lives. People who hold **dominant** positions at work are sub in the bedroom...submissive at work, Dominant at home.
