Mature Metal discussion

Three weeks in with the JB. I really want this to work, but the sizing is getting on my nerves. I was very careful measuring with the rings, though everyone’s body shape varies. Here’s what happened: received it three weeks ago. The cage was squeezing my testicles and pressing the tip of my penis against the vertical bar, which caused a pee jam (fixed by just being slightly more careful!). Sent it back to widen the gap to 1/2”. I have a tight scrotum, so the cage is still pinching me, leading to chafing on the testicles and pretty bad ache after just an hour. I’m annoyed! MM has been professional, but I’m wondering if the JB isn’t quite right for my body. When putting it on, I think that if they drilled out the hole near the end of the pin a bit more, it would be fine. Any advice is much appreciated.
