Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

Hi there! I find that my cage works for only a day or two before the ring digs in and pulls at my skin. When I remove it, the area looks quite stretched and is painful. I sized up to what I think is a 1 3/4 inch ring. Could this be causing issues? I’m considering ordering a double ring but am worried about picking one that’s too large.

I also want to buy punishment pins for anti-pullout protection, but someone mentioned my cage might be a bit short. Are there other options for getting a 24/7 cage with the right dimensions?
