Hello everyone, I recently received my first cage and am curious if there’s a way to stop it from sliding out… Even when I push everything all the way in, after some time it tends to drift back towards the head and almost escape on its own. Does anyone have any tips or general advice?

Trust me, your first cage won't be your last one lol. It often takes a bit of time to find the right fit for you. Your current setup seems like it might be too large; aiming for a tighter fit is usually better—ideally an almost exact match or just slightly smaller. For instance, my cage fits perfectly, but by midday my testicles sag enough that I could potentially slip out if I tried. Ball trap cages (those with integrated cock rings) aren't always the most secure because you can often pull free from them. If security is your priority, a PA piercing paired with a compatible cage or wearing a full belt are your best bets for staying locked in securely. Right now though, it seems like getting a tighter-fitting cage would be the right first step.
