I’ll begin by mentioning that I already own a custom Behind Barz sissy belt and still stand by my review of it here. However, being a perfectionist with some disposable income to spare, I wanted something more discreet featuring a flatter lock—something easier to move in while providing an even more passable feminine front. Enter the Fancy Steel slim fit sissy belt. It’s essentially a steel cable thong with a cup on the front; pink plastic tubing covers where the cable touches skin, and both the cup and thong lock together at the front using a standard padlock. So it hit my key criteria: flat front (Check), discreet (Check), secure (Check), flexible (Check), 24/7 wearability (theoretically Check), comfortable (Check)… in theory. I’ll break down each point below. Keep in mind that I have only just received this and had worn it for about an hour when writing.

Cost All-in, mine cost around $800USD. In my view, the bigger price was the 21-week wait (ignore their website estimates) considering what felt like not much custom work involved. By comparison, my BB belt required significantly more labor but only took eight weeks to arrive. Upon opening the package, I was initially disappointed in the craftsmanship. Nothing is rough or falling apart, yet compared to the polished Behind Barz product that looked worth its price tag, this one fell a bit short.

Feminine Flat Front/Discreet For those unfamiliar with sissy belts, I believe this could be a game-changer. Unlike ball trap devices where male genitalia remain visible even under tight clothing like yoga pants, the Fancy Steel makes them disappear more effectively. For me personally, as a perfectionist, there is slightly too much bulge; I’m looking for something nearly flat-tucked. This comes close but isn’t quite there yet. The real letdown is the locking mechanism: on the cup sits a rod with a flat head—picture a nail partially driven in. The waistband ends have loops that slide over this rod, secured by the lock. It could work well if they hadn’t made the rod twice as long as necessary. Currently, it looks more prominent than a half-erect penis. I plan to cut it down and re-weld it, though for $800, I shouldn’t have to do that myself. As for discretion, its flexibility, lightness, and thin profile certainly help.

Security Once adjusted properly, it is fairly secure; I’d rate it 9/10. It won’t be perfect (100%), but the belt acts as a deterrent regardless. With this locked on, there’s no way I could cum like a man. Once fitted correctly, I can slip a finger inside, though nothing much is touchable. Inside the cup, a metal tube covers the penis shaft, preventing direct contact. However, it might compromise reaching 10/10 security because I could still use a vibrator effectively (unlike the BB belt’s layered design which dampens vibrations significantly). Escape isn’t really possible unless you have bolt/cable cutters; pulling out is also unlikely. Even if something worked its way out of the tube, the cup covers everything else.

Flexibility One issue with my previous BB belt was mobility difficulty—I wouldn’t want to do ab workouts wearing it. This new belt solves that problem. I could handle almost any workout (except perhaps jiu-jitsu) and feel just as capable without a device at all. Again, the main body is thick cable running through plastic tubing, whereas Behind Barz uses rigid flat steel.

24/7 Wearability I chose to have an anal opening included. Basically, two cables feed through steel tubing forming an O-shape for the exit. I’ve successfully used it for both #1 and #2 while maintaining cleanliness similar to my BB belt experience. The tube inside the cup lacks a cap on top, meaning no bacteria buildup or odor issues there. Urine simply flows out from the bottom of the cup. It’s relatively easy to wipe clean. I’ll likely stick to unlocking once weekly for cleaning but could go longer if needed. Additionally, the anal opening provides access to my pussy area. I might experiment with removing the opening entirely and pulling on the cables when necessary, though this may affect security slightly if looseness is required. Lastly, because it’s a full belt design, there’s no nighttime pain.

Comfortable Even while typing this, that anal opening is starting to bother me slightly—likely just adjustment time. I really enjoy being able to cross my legs like a woman while locked (something impossible with the BB belt). Overall, I rate its comfort higher than the Behind Barz model.

Overall assessment: It’s a good belt. Is it worth $800 and 21 weeks? Probably not quite. I’ll likely continue long-term sessions in my BB belt. That said, this has its place. Once I trim down the locking mechanism to size, this will become my go-to for going out dancing with my wife. For someone new to full belts, it’s a great option with clear pros and cons. If priced between $400-$600 with faster shipping, I’d recommend it strongly. Pictures coming soon—currently, I’m looking rather hairy! Stay tuned for updates.

In the meantime, feel free to ask any questions.
