Female led relationships discussion

Another post got me pondering the differences between men and women, and who we feel at ease befriending. My kh doesn’t appear to have many female companions. She has a couple from work whom she considers very good friends, but they live far enough away that meeting up rarely happens. She had some childhood buddies as well, yet they don’t really make plans anymore and I’ve only been out with them once since dating her. She gets on well with my pals, mostly the railroad guys from work, but when she hangs out, it’s centered around me rather than them. I’m curious if anyone else has noticed their kh lacking a strong bond with other women. Is this a dominant trait, or are we perhaps evolving past the need to include others for conversation and enjoyment? I do notice she can be quite picky when evaluating other females…she’s often quick to call someone ‘a hooch’ with little jabs that sometimes hit the mark (which I missed at first), while at other times it seems she simply doesn’t mesh or desire friendship from another woman. She does get jealous, and has had good reasons for past relationships, but you’d think our dynamic would make her indifferent. I recall asking her to join here, hoping she might find a friend to share the highs and lows of this lifestyle, since it’s not always easy to discuss with family, and she doesn’t seem to have many female friends close by. She joined, though she mentioned that chatting with others isn’t really her priority. I wonder if being a kh tends to push women apart; I don’t know, maybe she just doesn’t get along well with other women lol.
