Hi all. I’m excited to join in on the many conversations happening here. To introduce myself a bit: as my thread title suggests, I reside on the U.S. west coast—specifically Southern California. My name is tied to my childhood summers spent “living” by the beach. I’ve been happily married for 18 years to an amazing woman, and we have young children. A personal philosophy of mine is that you can do what suits you as long as it doesn’t harm others.
