Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

I’ve been testing out The Vice lately; the other gadgets I own are mostly budget duplicates.

Originally, I used the standard model before switching to the mini version, but I still haven’t nailed down a proper fit. It seems like ring sizing is the culprit.

The 46.5mm and 44mm options have been closest so far. The 46.5 doesn’t cause discomfort during wear, though it would need some kind of waist strap to keep from sliding off.

From what I’ve read, the 44mm seems like the correct size for me. However, when I try to get an erection, my penis base swells enough that circulation gets restricted in my testicles (veins bulge, pain ensues).

I noticed that the ring on the Holy Trainer has a different geometry and was wondering if switching to it might solve the problem, as I feel like I’ve exhausted almost all other combinations with my current Vice.
