Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

Hi everyone, I’m fairly new to chastity and I’ve started out with a cheap Utimi chastity cage. Sadly I think the base rings which came with the cage aren’t tight enough, the cage always slides down a bit and is only held in place by my testicles, even when using the smallest ring. I can provide pictures if my explanations aren’t clear. So my question is, is that normal or are the rings not tight enough, as I suspect? Additionally, are there any models you could recommend with base rings smaller than 1.5 inches in diameter? That’s my model’s smallest ring and it seems to be the smallest that comes with many of the cheaper models I came across. Thank you in advance.
