Well done on providing such a detailed description and review. I really enjoyed reading it and comparing your experiences to my own. I have the CB-6000 and find it very comfortable, with one exception: after a few days, I get some rubbing on the underside of my scrotum from the ring. I wear the smallest ring and spacer that I can handle. Maybe I should try going up a size next time. I’m unable to pull out or remove the device without unlocking it first. My last point is that I cannot reach climax, nor do I get much extra stimulation, but having an erection while wearing the CB-6000 feels absolutely sensational! It’s both pleasurable and frustrating simultaneously. I struggle to put the sensation into words. I love my CB-6000. I’ve been thinking about buying a 6000s version to see if it improves things, since with the regular 6000 I only really fill it up when erect.

Great review! Thanks! I think escaping is somewhat hit or miss. I don’t believe a metal device would necessarily be any more secure. Without a piercing or another method to keep it in place, I can pull out easily. I recently purchased the 6000s tube and prefer it over the original 6000. It limits erections more effectively and fits tighter, which actually turns out to be more comfortable (contrary to what I expected). When it’s tight, everything stays put better; things don’t shift around as much, stay in place, and avoid getting pinched. Thanks again! js

Thank you for taking the time to write this. I’m sure it will be incredibly helpful for beginners. I particularly noted that (like me) you need to take the device out every few days for a thorough cleaning. I can’t even imagine anyone wanting or managing to go longer than that. (Relocking is another matter entirely.) And I am very careful with my cotton buds. David

I believe it depends on several factors: - How much do you sweat? - Do you shower daily? - What is your shower routine? - To what extent does the tube fill up? When flaccid, regarding girth, I can move around easily inside the tube, which allows for good cleaning. I don’t use a cotton bud; instead, I use a foam applicator similar to those sold by Kept For Her. I shower every morning and clean thoroughly using liquid soap on the applicator, then rinse completely. Aside from summer heat, I can go indefinitely without issues. js

I just bought the short tube and have worn it continuously for the last two weeks. I must admit that it is sooooo much more comfortable than wearing a standard-length tube. Initially, I wasn’t sure about it because I fill out the normal tube well, but with the 6000S, it holds tighter despite having fewer erections, resulting in significantly less slipping and turning. Besides the complete denial of sensation or any chance of an erection—and positively no stimulation—you really don’t feel like you have it on. It’s much less noticeable under regular clothes, and I’ve found that my panties fit me better now. I will be getting a backup tube just in case something happens to this one, as my wife/KH doesn't let me go anywhere without being chastised properly. I did trim the underside of the tube where it has a tendency to pinch the scrotum, and wearing the 6000s for two weeks without any soreness or adverse effects proves to me that this is indeed the right tube for me and offers the most secure fit.
