Female led relationships discussion

I wish I could share the community and general chastity knowledge with one of my bosses. She’s an alpha female—I assume from her behavior—and I don’t think she realizes it yet. Since I’ve known her, her dating luck has been poor, and I know she feels discouraged, especially as she ages. At 37, she is very attractive but tends to date the wrong sort of men. Interestingly, she often dates guys who are about 10-15 years older than her. When I asked why she prefers older partners, her main reason was that she already has a child and doesn’t want more. An older gentleman would likely be more financially stable, allowing them to travel more, among other benefits.

I wouldn’t say she is actively hunting for a sugar daddy, but many men in their own age group who are looking to date have younger kids from previous divorces or are single for various reasons. Not all single guys her age fit this mold; there are plenty of singles around her age, but it seems like the ones she meets aren’t great matches.

Her last boyfriend was clearly a submissive male, and she ran his life. Interestingly, neither he nor she seemed to realize their dynamic: he didn’t know he was submissive, and she didn’t know she was dominant. They were together for nearly two years until she ended it after discovering some creepy things about him that he had kept hidden. The truth finally came out, forcing a confrontation. Ironically, I think she might have dumped him eventually anyway because he is terrible at following directions. She clearly enjoyed telling him what to do but got furious when he constantly messed up their plans.

It became obvious to me that she likes having control and being able to give orders; she cannot stand disobedience—she’s a dominant female, plain and simple.

I thought to myself that she is missing out by not having her own sub in chastity. I believe she would be much happier if she learned about this lifestyle. Who knows? Maybe she already does know, but I doubt it. I spoke with my Miss, and there’s no way the two of us could comfortably discuss the chastity lifestyle with my boss, even though we are all friends. I have to admit, I’m not sure how I’d feel if my boss knew my secrets; it might make things interesting lol. I wish there were a way to anonymously invite someone to check out the mansion and see what the lifestyle is about. But how do you invite someone to look at a website like this? It’s a lot for them to digest unless they know exactly what they’re looking at.

Has anyone else here known an alpha or dominant female who didn’t realize she was dominant? It kills me because she deserves so much better than the crap men she has been dating. I really think she is missing out.
