Hello everyone, I would willing to be locked in chastity by my love in life, as she will become my keyholder. However, there is a lot of questions due to my fitness and sport activities. In fact i am affraid of two things, frictions and injuries during physical exercices, and sauna/hammam access with a chastity devices. Is Cycling praticing with a chastity device possible?

It's all about finding a device that fits you comfortably and tight underware. It took me a few different cages before I got one that fits great. I prefer tight briefs when I work out to keep things from bouncing around. I've ridden my bike while caged but not on very long rides.

I've seen people who ride for longer distances say they remove their cage before going 20+ miles, but I haven't tested if that is necessary.
