No, after being locked for months on end, I don't get very horny anymore. If she lets me out, I don't get erections right away; I have to play with it to wake up the hardness. As far as pursuing sex while my mistress has me in release mode all the time: when I'm actually out, I'm not really happy about it because I know that when I go back in—which happens no more than two days later—she lets me out again and then locks me for 2 to 4 months until the next release. So yes, the feeling of being horny does fade away.
