Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

Hey everyone, I’m currently using an Evotion Wearables Bijou with a 4ga (6mm) pin. Everything feels good and the piercing has healed up nicely, no pain or anything like that. However, when I take it off, it looks like the cage—which is super light—might have tugged on my piercing and stretched the hole? I was thrilled to finally find a lightweight cage that you can’t escape from, but now I’m concerned about potential permanent damage. My question is - How do men with heavier metal devices handle 24/7 wear? Has anyone else dealt with this problem?
