I bought Chinese A218 and A223 cages, but they didn’t meet my hygiene standards because of the numerous crevices that required regular removal for cleaning. Since I have a small home workshop equipped with a model-making lathe, pillar drill, milling machine, and silver soldering capability, I decided to modify them myself. For the first ring, I removed most of the cage structure while keeping the pins and lock in place. I also trimmed another ring off the cage and cleaned it up. Next, I drilled eight 3mm holes through each ring (which have a 35mm inner diameter and are 5mm thick). After bending some 3mm stainless steel rod, I threaded it through these holes and silver soldered everything together. The cage still needs proper polishing, but the result is much more hygienic and lighter than before. It’s currently being worn to verify dimensions before I order a Rigid Chastity beast muzzle. Additionally, I’ve converted another device into a locking cock ring.
