Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

Alright, before I dive in. Metal isn’t an option right now, and neither is a piercing, so please keep suggestions to that in mind. I realize no device is perfectly secure; it’s more about mindset than actually getting out.

I’m wearing an HTv3 small with a 45mm ring. The fit feels excellent and seems just right. My primary gripe is how easily my penis slips out—though there’s absolutely no way it could come completely off (my balls are locked in). Would switching to a 40mm ring help, or should I go for the Guardian anti-pullout device?

Does anyone else find it significantly easier to pull your penis out of an HTv3 compared to something like a CB6000?
