I told her I understood and felt the same pain. Twenty minutes after that, I sent another message hoping we could still make our coffee plans.

Since then, silence from her side regarding my texts. I messaged yesterday and again today, but no response.

Last time she let me out of lock was after a week. This time around, who knows what will happen!

I'm not sure about the nature of your relationship with your keyholder, but in a standard dating context, your messages can come off as somewhat needy. Most women don't really appreciate that.
