I am a Christian virgin practicing chastity to improve myself and prepare for my future marriage. I have mostly succeeded in staying pure, avoiding porn and similar distractions, though I sometimes struggle with late-night or early-morning masturbation. To help resist temptation when I’m weak or drowsy, I bought a belt to wear at night. I’d appreciate advice on both general chastity practice and nighttime belt use. I also want to increase my daily accountability. Previously, because I found it too embarrassing to discuss with friends, I often gave in and felt guilty afterward. I need help here through direct questions that leave no room for ambiguity—such as: Did you wear your device last night? If not, why? Did you stimulate yourself beyond just washing up?
