The Spiral Tusk chastity device is made from Surgical Stainless Steel and features a ring size of 50mm. The cock shaft slides into four spiral sets of rings that have a diameter of 1 1/4” (31.75mm).

The balls are divided to each side and can protrude out the sides… depending on how much skin you have or how low your balls hang will decide how much you are able to split the balls through the side ring openings that are 1 1/2” (38mm).
