Yes I bought a ring and cage made by 3D printing - They came from the east coast, arriving in roughly a week. I sized them based on my small Chinese metal setup. The metal one had a 45 mm ring with a very small cage. For the 3D printed version, I chose 44mm to make it slightly tighter- Cage-wise, I went for the small CherryKeeper paired with a medium 3.0 head keeper. The material feels rough, so over the past three weeks I have sanded it down - I worked on both the ring and the cage’s opening and headkeeper area - Using wet/dry sandpaper in stages: 220 grit up to 600, finishing with 1000 grit. The result isn’t polished but feels much smoother against my skin- I also sanded down the edges where the ring connects to the cage a little to round them off. Additionally the outer part of the cage’s ring has been rounded more since it sits snugly against my testicles. Mine is white, though dirt shows up easily and it tends toward grey after a few days - If I remove it and wash it thoroughly, it mostly cleans up fine. The only thing I might swap out later is the pee opening; it’s just slightly too large. When trying to get aroused, my glans pushes through the gap somewhat. In January, I plan to buy the same model but with a smaller opening that is still bigger than my metal one The head keeper doesn’t turtle and stays in place without pulling out - keeping my glans fully inside. I am gradually adding more days of wear to check for any sore spots until I get used to it - The lock is a magic type from HolyTrainer, made of metal. I have also bought a plastic replacement lock but haven’t figured out an easy way to secure it yet - I don’t want to rely on a cheap plastic tag instead — You can see a picture of the cage in my gallery and another showing the plastic magic lock there too Overall verdict: Easy to wear. Simple to clean. The head keeper stays put (no pulling out). Lightweight. Conceals well under clothing. Long term, we will have to wait and see if it’s better than the CB series - I had plenty of breakages with rings and cages from that line before. - The cheap metal one lasted me about a year and a half with very little time out of wear I did experience some skin irritation but those cleared up while using my metal cage. Great communication with the creator.

Thank you for sharing your experience - I appreciate all the feedback on what is already good and what could use improvements. I've been working to find the best answers to the texture, and there are two improved offerings that I know I will make available in the new year.

I used a small plastic zip tie through the plastic lock - it looks clean but isn't very secure in that regard

If you're using the option I think you are, that is designed for the plastic numbered locks, so not secure unless enforced by punishment for cutting it off:)
