Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

My metal cage features a 50mm base ring that constantly slides down into my scrotum and is easily tugged by nighttime erections. I bought a smaller 45mm version, but struggle to push my testicles through it to put it on. Today marks day 20 lockup without release, so I realize my balls are quite full. I hope that once I finally get a release, the ring will fit better; in the meantime, the current sizing is frustrating me slightly. Here are my queries:

1. Has anyone else dealt with this? What was your solution?
2. If I decide on an MM cage for long-term wear, how should I choose the correct ring size? It needs to be secure but also manageable to put on. Any advice?
3. Would switching to an oval shape help? My current setup is pictured in my profile. Thanks!

I definitely like oval rings better than round ones. I own a MM Jailbird but also ordered several different sized rings to have choices available. Once you find the right fit, it becomes almost unnoticeable.

MM provides sizing guides which are really helpful for measuring all parts correctly. They also send out sample rings to help you determine the right size.

One testicle fits through the 45mm opening easily, but getting both simultaneously is difficult. It’s quite annoying.
