Chastity in vanilla life discussion

I made an error that led my Beloved to question her authority and my obedience, so we’ve settled on a gag order placed upon me. To give Her time to rebuild confidence and control, I am barred from mentioning or implying anything related to sex and chastity for the next six months. It’s January 20th today; unless She raises it first, I won’t bring up any aspect of it or hint at it before July 20. Has anyone else used this approach to help bolster their wife/partner/keyholder’s authority?
