I’m setting up a new chat system because the old one was becoming unreliable, and I hope this brings significant improvement. Your previous chat messages and any attached photos will be lost in the process. To save them, you need to open a conversation, click the arrow at the top of the chat box, and then select VIEW CHAT HISTORY. You can copy or download your data from there. [[Image: chat.jpg]](the referenced community page) The installation happens Monday night, so act quickly if you want to save anything. You may need to log out and clear your browser cache before the new system functions properly. Any teething issues with the new chat can be reported in this thread.
