I’m fairly new to this setup. I began with a Master Series Repressor, which worked well after swapping out the included 45mm base ring for a larger one.

I picked up an A370 small model paired with a 50mm ring. It felt more comfortable right away but was slightly short in length. I ordered the same device in large (85mm long) and it has become my go-to for 24/7 wear.

With the round base ring on the Master Series, my ball would sometimes slip out. The A370 prevents this completely. The gap is small, but the bent design makes it very comfortable.

The only downside: Cleaning the Repressor was super easy because of its wire cage structure. The A370 is more enclosed and a bit harder to keep clean. However, given the improved comfort and security, I don’t mind putting in the extra effort!

For less than $40 compared to around $150 for other options, I’m very happy with this Chinese-made cage.

Another benefit is that this model has a much flatter profile than the Repressor or any other cages I've tried. No one can tell I'm wearing it.

What about the part that sticks out before the ring? Does this press into your body and is it ever annoying?
