Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Question to everyone: as my lockup stretches on, I’m finding it tougher to stay focused at work. Is this just me, or is more of us experiencing this than we realize? As the days go by, I find myself scrolling through more porn pictures and websites, making it harder to get things done. The first half of the day goes fine, but then in the second half all I want to do is browse forums, stare at porn, and buy lingerie. Am I alone in this? If not, how do you handle it?
