i’ve experimented with several devices, including a fairly affordable Amazon metal cage featuring a round ring base, along with multiple iterations of the Holy Trainer V.3 models. i possess only one testicle. despite trying numerous methods to make my devices function properly, i haven’t quite hit upon the perfect setup yet. specifically, without a right testicle, relying solely on the left one doesn’t provide sufficient support to keep the cage secured.

Typically, i pull everything firmly and tightly against my pelvis, ensuring the ring sits snugly beneath the testicle. Since i have just one testicle, i use the smallest available ring size. However, inevitably, one of two issues arises. In attempting to hold the ring securely in place, a significant pinch point forms under the scrotum that is hard for me to tolerate, forcing me to pull some skin down to relieve pressure and relax the area. This action widens the side gap between the testicle and the cage wall, causing the tube (shaft) of the cage to slip off entirely, leaving just a cage and ring on my single testicle. Additionally, this widened gap allows me to squeeze through it with my remaining testicle, which can dislodge the whole cage.

This isn’t as problematic during the day when items stay neatly packed in the panties i wear, allowing for adjustments as needed. But at night, nighttime erections literally pop the entire cage off. i’m not particularly large when erect—just slightly over 5 inches—and while the smallest tube size (not a micro cage like the Nub) feels most comfortable, even that can slide right off. When i tried wearing the Holy Trainer’s Nub overnight, my erection simply pushed everything out.

Overall, this experience has been quite frustrating for me, especially since i’ve practiced chastity to some degree since January 2018. The cycle of finding brief moments of success followed by longer periods of frustration and mental breaks, only to repeat the pattern for a year, is discouraging. I hope gaining some insight here will help me find the breakthrough needed for true happiness.

When i’m in my cage and it’s properly secured—truly feeling locked up rather than just trusting the honor system with a cock cap—the effect is powerful and intoxicating. Consequently, when it fails to work, that disappointment feels equally strong.

Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated. I have pictures available of the various cages from different angles, as well as photos showing me using small gel pads in the gap to act as synthetic testicles.

Given that you seem serious about chastity, have you considered getting pierced? This would allow you to wear a device that isn't a ball trap. You aren't alone; there are other guys here with one testicle. I don't recall offhand if they managed to resolve their specific issues, but hopefully someone will chime in. If not, searching the forums might yield some answers.

Have you looked into testicular replacement?

I also have just one nut. My cage is mainly for preventing wanks while She is at work, so I wear it part-time only. I've customized a special ring that traps my nut quite tightly (so much so that I never remove the ring itself), and I always wear supportive panties or a thong to help with support. I do have a belt that works well enough, but I reserve that for when longer lockups are necessary.

I designed a kidney-shaped ring the last time this topic came up, though the person who posted then didn't seem interested in trying it. I actually looked at the file recently and thought about deleting it. I've attached a render of the design to help explain what _might_ work for your situation. While I don't know your exact dimensions or details, with almost no gap on the empty side (this was designed assuming the left side is missing) and only a small gap on the full side, it could make a difference. It's still largely theory at this point though.

@Adam444 i have a frenulum piercing, but haven't worn any jewelry in it for quite some time. I'm not certain if that's the path She wants to take either, but if she did, i would definitely have her get it pierced again.:) i'm certainly curious how that would work or if it would provide help. @Blue Moon i had surgery in my early thirties to remove the testicle. It never descended from birth and was very atrophied when they performed the procedure. They removed it from the pelvic region since it had never dropped down. As a result, the urologist didn't even mention a prosthetic option back then, which is perhaps my biggest regret regarding the whole thing. @Donna Sue i would be very interested to know what kind of customized ring you have. I also wear panties daily. i find they offer better support than boy underwear, but they add that extra bit of appeal to the entire situation as well. @JosieLynn Jewell That design looks really good! My right testicle is the one missing, and your point about taking out the slack on the empty side is exactly what i need. In my opinion, that design looks quite solid. Very interesting.
