I gave the CB6000 a shot some months ago and struggled quite a bit with it… I was too thick to fit into the tube (trying with a soft penis, naturally, plus using lube). Do any other chastity devices work well for penises that have extra girth?

So I need to take it off for a day or so to let things settle back down. It’s not very secure, at least by some standards. Steelworkxx has tubes that are larger than the usual standard size. They’re also really approachable and will custom make something specifically for you. I own two of their devices featuring a 55mm testie ring and a tube with a 45mm diameter. I’d also suggest their integrated lock option since padlocks can be picked easily enough and tend to clack when you walk around. The bigger testie ring stays in place better because their design keeps the gap between the ring and tube small, which prevents slipping. Because of this, I don’t get any soreness issues. I highly recommend them. They answer emails quickly and can make adjustments very affordably. In my experience, these are the best ball capture devices available right now. Now I’m hunting for a full belt that offers similar alternatives.
I’d love to help! You can get any girth, length, or base ring size you need. Every component is custom made just for you.

I like that this customization option exists, but the prices are so steep. How much money do SS, welding, and bending really cost? I’d love a custom cage, but I can’t drop $300.00!!! or even $400.00!!! ON ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I face the same issue of being too thick for many standard cages to feel comfortable. It seems like a major problem in our community. I own nearly every cage under the sun except one custom made piece; personally, I’m going with Steelwerks since their prices seem more grounded than these others.
Did you realize this thread is almost ten years old? By the way - that was one of the reasons I created "Wide" versions of the Cherry Keeper... Who knew having too much girth would be such an issue?
