My belt is absolutely fantastic! If you’re hesitating, it’s a great investment. I work in construction and spend the entire day going up ladders and stairs; no issues at all! I’ve got the full setup with a flat-front outer cage, but I don’t use the inner ring or the back piece. Just having the tube for the penis along with the outer cage is plenty to keep everything locked down securely.
