I’m curious to hear what everyone thinks about this subject. First off, I definitely don’t belong to that group of people who stay locked for extremely long stretches. The longest duration I’ve managed is two weeks. Still, because my wife gets quite busy often, I find myself in the device for nearly ten days at a time. Usually, it takes until around day seven before I start feeling restless. What has helped me lately is adopting a mindset of focusing on the present moment rather than dwelling on how long I’ve already been locked or stressing over when release will come. This approach keeps my daily frustration levels in check. It struck me last night that this same mental shift works well for handling life outside of chastity as well. I suspect I’ll continue to learn from it and improve, especially since patience has never really been my strong suit when desiring something deeply. What do you all think?

Really fascinating read- Thank you! I've been in chastity for an open-ended duration so far, currently sitting at seven weeks. As the practical side of being under my beloved KH's control becomes second nature, I notice that what truly matters is what's happening mentally. For example, while I'm still conscious of those older destructive fantasies, they barely grip me anymore since I can't act on them physically. I sincerely hope others find this thread valuable enough to share their experiences!

Seven weeks is quite an achievement! Thanks for sharing your reply. I still have a lot of ground to cover before I can manage such extended periods. My wife doesn't currently seem keen on keeping me locked beyond two weeks or so, but that could shift, and I need to be prepared.
