Finding a chastity device that actually fits has been nearly giving up hope for me, unless we count custom-molded options. The silicone Birdlock looks like the best candidate to meet my needs: flexible enough to not feel rigid, discreet even in snug underwear, safe for air travel, and suitable for long-term wear hygiene-wise. Yet I see two potential flaws in its design: first, the ring around the testicles is quite broad. This might push them further away from my body. My concern is that this spacing could make it easier to detect the device since the genitals would have more room to move (plus, an old injury of mine could get worse with that kind of stretching). second, the locking part sits right on top of the genital area, making it fairly noticeable; while better than being tucked underneath where it might rub against the scrotum, it’s still not perfect. I do have some unusual preferences regarding how the device functions which could allow for design variations; It doesn’t need to be taken off easily (in fact, permanent is preferred). If keeping clean is straightforward, there’s little reason why I’d ever remove it more than once or twice a yearly. Such removals are rare enough that they might coincide with destroying the device entirely. I realize silicone won’t work well with typical one-way locks, but maybe the plastic ring holding everything together could incorporate such a system. Glues and epoxies also seem like valid options here. Ideally, the silicone itself could be repurposed later to cast another unit if needed, though having enough money to buy or make a new one isn’t really a worry. The device doesn’t have to be totally foolproof either. I’m pretty sure I could escape any ball-trap mechanism anyway, but that’s beside the point. This chastity gear is meant for comfort and sensation—to help prevent orgasm—without being an absolute physical barrier or completely unremovable. Adding a non-locking piercing just to stop it from pulling out would provide more than enough security; basically, it deters impulsive removals when passion strikes, relying mostly on willpower under normal conditions.
